SWOT Analysis

 What is SWOT Analysis?

It’s an acronym and technique used to assess Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

It’s one of the best ways to find out what is, and what isn’t, working well.  It challenges us about where we want to go, how we’re going to get there – and what might get in our way.

We can use SWOT Analysis to make the most of what we have to our best advantage and reduce the chances of failure.
