Nestling in the beautiful Heddon Valley and offering the most magnificent views over the river Heddon and valley to the wooded hillsides beyond, this newly developed barn conversion is an ideal hideaway within the Exmoor National Park.

The property, dating from 1862 has been sympathetically and stylishly converted from a former barn for its first season in 2018. All accommodation is on the first floor with level access at the rear (the lower floor is used for storage only). An open plan living space has a vaulted ceiling, woodburning stove for those cosy nights in, and a dining area. Large patio doors open out from this living area onto a spacious decked balcony offering wonderful country views and a great space for outdoor relaxation or alfresco dining.

Two attractive bedrooms each offer the same wonderful views. A well equipped kitchen area has all you will need for eating in but there are great country pubs serving good food as well as a Michelin Star restaurant all within a 15 minute drive. At the rear a lawned garden with picnic table and benches provides an additional outdoor space.

This delightful property offers all you will need whether you wish to hideaway in the lush green valleys of Exmoor, want to take part in outdoor pursuits or simply have a quality base for exploring all that Exmoor and the dramatic North Devon Coast has to offer. Being located equidistant between the picturesque twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth and the pretty cove of Combe Martin the barn is just a 20 minute drive to rock, shingle and sandy coves and the sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe Bay are just a 40 minute scenic drive.

Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom2 with single. Shower room with shower, WC and basin.
