Lynton Cinema

The current Lynton Cinema opened in 2001. It seats only 68 persons and has comfortable seats with plenty of leg room. Lynton Cinema has Dolby SR sound, full air conditioning in the summer months and full central heating in the winter, running as near release films as possible and special presentations throughout the year. Full disabled access and toilet is provided.

In 2012 the cinema was upgraded to full digital projection, with new super high quality screen image. An upgrade to the sound system also means a greatly enhanced sound experience too!

Lynton with its population of under 2,000 people is as far as we know, the smallest town in the country to have a full time cinema.
